Our products

Our soaps, bath, body, and candle products are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in color, scent, and appearance are normal and part of their handcrafted charm. Product photos are representative and the item you receive may vary slightly.

Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Full ingredients are listed on each product page — please review them, patch-test if you have sensitive skin or allergies, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep products out of reach of children and pets, and take care as bath products can make surfaces slippery.

Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may correct pricing errors and may limit, cancel, or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full payment details.

Shipping & returns

Shipping timelines and rates are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and damaged-order resolution are described in our Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons we generally cannot accept returns on opened personal-care products.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including the Diva Mountain name, logo, product names, images, and text — belongs to Diva Mountain Soap & Candle Co. and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diva Mountain Soap & Candle Co. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or this Site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
