Shipping policy

Every Diva Mountain product is handmade in small batches, so a little care goes into getting it to you. Here's what to expect.

Order processing

Because everything is made and poured by hand, orders are packed within 1–3 business days. During busy craft-show weekends or launches, please allow an extra day. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping methods & cost

We ship via UPS. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it's going.

Free shipping on orders over $50.

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days within the United States. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

Pick up in person

Prefer to skip shipping? You can find us most weekends at local craft shows — see our Find Us / Events page for the schedule. Choose "pick up at an event" at checkout and we'll bring your order to the market you select.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or something isn't right, email us at susan@divamountain.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.

A quick favor

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to cover reshipping costs for packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
