About our products
Are your products really handmade? Yes — every bar, bomb, cream, and candle is made in small batches by hand, using nature-inspired scents and ingredients we're proud to put on our own family's skin.
Are they natural / vegan / cruelty-free? We craft with ingredients like shea, cocoa, and olive oil, and we never test on animals. Most of our products are vegan — the exceptions are items made with goat milk or honey (such as our Goat Milk Soap). Full ingredients are listed on every product page.
My skin is sensitive — will these work for me? Every product lists its full ingredients so you can check for anything you're sensitive to. We always recommend a simple patch test first: apply a small amount to your inner arm and wait 24 hours. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use. Our products are cosmetics meant to cleanse, moisturize, and delight the senses — they aren't intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any skin condition, and they're not a substitute for advice from your doctor.
Care & storage
How do I make my soap last longer? Keep bars out of direct streams of water and let them dry between uses on a draining soap dish. A little airflow goes a long way — a well-drained bar can last significantly longer.
How long do products stay fresh? For best quality, we suggest enjoying your products within 12 months. Store them somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight.
Orders, shipping & returns
How long until my order ships? Orders are handmade and hand-packed within 1–3 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
What's your return policy? For hygiene reasons we can't take back opened or used items, but we'll always make it right if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I pick up my order instead of shipping? Yes! Choose pickup at checkout and grab your order from us at an upcoming market — see the Find Us / Events page.
The personal touch
Do you take custom, wholesale, or consignment orders? Yes. We'd love to help with custom orders — email susan@divamountain.com and tell us what you have in mind. Wholesale, consignment, and distribution agreements are also available on request — reach out and we'll share the details.
