Directions for Use
Apply a generous dime-sized amount to clean, dry skin on targeted areas—such as calves, thighs, back, or neck. Massage thoroughly until completely absorbed. For best results and nighttime relaxation, apply before bed. Note: A mild tingling or warming sensation upon application is completely normal and simply indicates the magnesium is absorbing.
